At Raya Homes, New Alkapuri, Khanpur, Vadodara, ADCE served as structural consultant for a three-tower residential development rising to a sleek 70 meter height, comprising 45 private residences — one flat per floor — and 6 penthouses across a campus with 80% open space. The structural design resolves three independent tower frames while enabling the project's defining moves: single-residence floor plates for uninterrupted privacy and views, a car-free ground floor with parking resolved elsewhere, and dedicated vertical cores for private resident lifts, guest access, and a separate stretcher/service lift. Carrying gravity and lateral loads down clean, continuous paths to the foundation, the frame is engineered for strength, stability and durability at tower scale — supporting the penthouse volumes and the expansive open residences while meeting seismic-safety requirements, delivering resilient homes built to last.
