Spenser X Gold is a boutique residential development on Ankodiya Khanpur Road, off Gotri-Sevasi Main Road, Vadodara, engineered around a beam-less RCC frame structure with masonry partitions — a system designed to keep interiors free of intrusive structural elements across every apartment. The frame supports just nine four-side-open residences in total, one per floor, each spanning a 7,500 sq. ft. super built-up area with 4,860 sq. ft. of carpet space, including a 1,100 sq. ft. covered terrace.
